      Because they can't suck any more than they already do. A flaw in the rules. Perhaps we need to punish those outside of the top 25 more with point penalties for losses, too. i know I lay awake many a night trying to figure out how to take more points away from Sock Rag, but apparently, there is a benefit to aiming low.
